Wastewater Reuse and Recycle
General Motors Cactus Plant
The GM Cactus automotive assembly plant is situated in an area with limited-capacity deep wells. Due to the arid remote location no receiving stream or municipal sewer is available. Wastewater Reuse and recycle is provided by our proprietary OPUS® technology.

Produced Water Treatment
The San Ardo treatment process includes a common pretreatment step for free oil removal followed by OPUS® technology to achieve the discharge water quality and a Series Softening System for generation of OTSG make-up water.
